Governance Structure

How the Foundation is run.

The Foundation operates under a board of trustees with an independent audit committee, executive leadership accountable to the board, and external auditors appointed annually.

  • Board of Trustees — strategy, oversight, executive appointments
  • Audit & Risk Committee — independent of executive management
  • Shariah Advisory Board — for Zakat-eligible programmes
  • Executive Director — day-to-day management, reports to the Board
  • External Auditors — appointed annually by the Board

"Trust is earned by what is published, audited, and independently verified — not by what is claimed. We are building this foundation around the belief that donors deserve to see every rupee."
